Silicone Wetting agent for the coating of PU, PVC leather (leveling agent)
1 Properties and characteristics of products:
KY-388 product is our company's latest research and development production- wetting, lighting and leveling additives for leather. The product has the following outstanding performance and features :
1, greatly reduce water or solvent systems coating&painting's surface tension, improve the wettability between the painting and the based materials and make the painting migrate to leather’s surface quickly ,
2, effectively improve the painting’ levelling ability, increase the smooth and delimit-resistance of the leather’s surface, improve the product’s glossiness and hand-feeling, 3, solve the surface defects in leather’s production process, such as pinhole, fisheye, sag, un-clear grain, not full, etc.

3 Usage way and dosage:
1), suggesting adding amount is 0.1 ~ 1.0%, the most appropriate dosage should be confirmed by customers’ testing before using
2), when adding the product into the painting, should fully mixing the product and painting material, suggest use high-speed mixing and stir 15 to 30 minutes.
4 Applications:
The product can be widely used in dry and wet PU, PVC leather, surface wetting, levelling and light finishing of the based material of the leather products. The quality is similar as DCQ2-5211.
5 Product packaging and storage:
1), this product is packed with 25L, 50L, or 200L plastic drum or 200L powder coating steel drum,
2). This product should be stored in a cool place, not stored in opening container, the shelf life of the product is twenty-four months since the date of production.
3). The products according to the non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
