1 Properties and characteristics of products:
KY-2160 is the organic silicon defoaming agent exclusively used for sulfolane aromatic extraction technology and mixed system n-pentane. When the antifoamer contacts the surface of bubble, can quickly reduce the surface tension of liquid membrane, thus fracture the bubbles and defoaming rapidly. This product has low viscosity, using convenient, pollution-free, superior performance in defoaming and foam controlling, which can replace the similar imported products.

3 Usage and dosage:

2), the product can be used as the general method using in petrochemical at present, through using methylbenzene diluting the antifoamer to 5% defoaming agent solution, then injecting in to the steam stripping via metering pump continuously, so that to ensure the best using effectio
3), the dosage of the product should be based on the operating conditions of the device. The general suggested usage is the 1-5 PPM of the charging rate of stripping tower. If the foaming situation is terrible, should increase dosage appropriately.
4 Applications:
The product is mainly used for the aromatic extraction device with sulfolane- solvent in oil chemical enterprise.
5 Product packaging and storage:
1), this product is packed with 25L, 50L, or 200L plastic drum or 200L powder coating steel drum,
