1 Properties and characteristics of products:
KY-328 is our company's latest research and development production- reactive flowing, levelling and soft handing making agent for coating. The product has the following outstanding performance and features :
1, KY-328 is one of the special modified polyorganosiloxane, has good intermiscibility with organic lubricant, thus KY-328 can modify and increase the surface performance of coating.
2, KY-328 has the reactivity with organic polymer, thus after using this additive to the coating, the coating will have perfect limpness, aabrasion performance and anti-tackness performance. Which can make the surface of the coating more persistant and stable.
3, KY-328 as the surface cover with paint and leather, has excelent effection.

3 Usage way and dosage:
1), suggesting adding amount is 0.1 ~ 1.0%, the most appropriate dosage should be confirmed by customers’ testing before using
2), you can add KY-328 to coating systerm directly or dilute KY-328 with water/polar solvent before adding KY-328 in to the coating systerm.
4 Applications:
The product can be widely used in painting, water-based/oily PU and textile coating. Similar as DC-8427/Silwet2812
5 Product packaging and storage:
1), this product is packed with 25L, 50L, or 200L plastic drum or 200L powder coating steel drum,
2). This product should be stored in a cool place, not stored in opening container, the shelf life of the product is twenty-four monthes since the date of production. Remark:when the storing temperature is less than 15℃,the KY-328 will be as wax. Pls heat it then the KY-328 can be used normally.
3). The products according to the non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
